Nationally Recognized Inclusive Trainer, Jesse Swoyer, will guide you through this version SilverSneakers Classic, one of the most popular beginner classes, at the Highmark Direct Care Store in Harrisburg, Pa. It’s a joint-friendly workout that builds strength while using a chair for both seated and standing support. This way, you can move your body with confidence.
We have three strength segments; one uses handheld weights. The second uses elastic tubing with handles and the third uses a soft, no-weighted ball.
If you don’t have that equipment at home, no worries. You can simply use the best piece of equipment you have: your own body.
