Additionally, I have accumulated numerous continuing education credits in various fields, including knee and hip replacement, prevention and rehabilitation of low back injuries, post-orthopedic rehabilitation, gait, balance, fall prevention, plyometrics, chair exercises, group fitness, strength progressions, and managing a spectrum of chronic conditions and disabilities, all thanks to my time at the Center for Independent Living of Central Pennsylvania.
Personal training sessions are available in 30-minute or 45-minute durations, catering to a variety of needs including executive, senior/aging, stretching, and disability-focused workouts.
SilverSneaker Community Classes, which are free for all participants whether they are members or not, take place at the Highmark Direct Care Store in Harrisburg every Tuesday and Thursday at 1:15 pm. In addition, I conduct a SilverSneaker Community Class at Susquehanna View Apartments on Mondays at 12 noon, which is free for members and available to non-members for a nominal fee.

Services are delivered either in the home or at a location preferred by the individual requesting them. After initial contact, an agreement is established detailing the service, timing, location, cost, and frequency.
