ABOUT JESSE
Jesse began his fitness journey as the Fitness Evaluator for the 201st Red Horse personnel in the United States Air Force. He then established an award-winning nonprofit inclusive fitness center for the aging and disability population at the Center for Independent Living of Central Pennsylvania. The Living Well with a Disability Fitness Center received several awards (2009 & 2010 Innovation Awards from Central Penn Business Journal and Central Penn Parent) during his tenure.
Jesse has also contributed to the physical fitness community as a Level I Fieldwork provider for Central Penn College PTA/OTA Programs and a motivational speaker at various organizations, such as Youth Advocate Program, PA Area Agency on Aging, Brown Shultz, Sheridan, and Fritz, Fisher Financial, Central Penn College, Barber Styling Institute, and several churches. He has also been a sought-out guest on local Podcasts, including United Disability Foundation and WHP580.
Jesse holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Lebanon Valley College and an associate degree in mass media from Central Penn College. He has nationally recognized certifications from the American Council on Exercise, American College of Sports Medicine/National Center for Health and Physical Activity and Disability, American Red Cross Authorized Provider, and capable of teaching various SilverSneaker classes.
