DISABILITY FITNESS
Jesse is a certified inclusive trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Center for Health and Physical Activity and Disability. He is also a former director of health and wellness at the Center for Independent Living of Central Pa. He can help your loved one adapt to any new situation or challenge.
Jesse can work with PTs, OTs and doctors to optimize the outcomes for people with disabilities or recovering from them. He has experience in creating and leading adaptive fitness programs at the Center for Independent Living of Central Pa, which welcome all abilities. Jesse can design engaging exercises for groups or individuals, using adaptive techniques to modify and adjust them. He can also teach neuroplastic drills for recovery, which are very useful for people who have had spinal cord injury, stroke or other conditions. Jesse will help you or your loved one improve their functional abilities and mobility, according to their levels and goals. Jesse can use his knowledge of the ADA, assessment skills, and adaptive strength and stretching techniques.
