Maybe you need to let go of feelings or emotions from something that may have happened in your past, such as a former relationship that just did not work out. Or- maybe it is something materialistic you need to let go, such as that pair of shoes you know you really want at that store, but just can\u2019t afford right now. Or it could even be that junk that just sits in your basement that you\u2019ve had for years, just taking up space that you know you need to get rid of, but you \u201cjust can\u2019t.\u201d It could even be trying to let go of something that a friend, family member, or significant other said to you earlier that morning that hurt your feelings\u2014or made you mad, that you just can\u2019t stop thinking about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Letting go of emotions, things, thoughts, people, etc that have occurred in your past, and may happen in the future that you can\u2019t for see yet, takes a certain inner strength, and training of your mind. When we often think of \u201cLetting Go\u201d we instantly say to ourselves \u201cI can\u2019t\u201d. However, what is really preventing you from letting go? When we instantly start off saying can\u2019t, we automatically have set ourselves up not to succeed preventing us from moving forward. Are the simple words \u201cI can\u2019t\u201d the only thing stopping you from letting go? Try saying \u201cI can\u201d. Those two words are powerful. Having a positive outlook, thought process, and belief that you can, will ultimately determine your outcome success. As individuals, and I know I include myself in this at times in my life, tend to resort to the simple way of resolving things, and even sometimes use the simple way to get to things, and to get things done. However, do we grow mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically by taking the simple way EVERY time? Probably not. The only way be grow as individuals is by challenging ourselves. For some of us, our mind is our biggest challenge. Being able to control those negative thoughts and turning them into positive thoughts is not only powerful, but<strong> life changing.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You see, we will always have trouble in our lives. We will always have something to let go. We will always have something we wish we could just forget. When one problem is resolved and we think YES life is good!&#8230; Another problem will happen, whether it be 30 days from now or 5 minutes from now. How we react to our problems, issues, and things we need to let go, determines our happiness and success in life. If you failed a huge college exam in your past and hold on to those thoughts, those thoughts will most likely carry with you to the next exam, and you will develop extreme fear\/anxiety, and think you can\u2019t succeed. Maybe you have had a bad relationship in the past that you can\u2019t seem to let go, you do not understand why it ended or why you are still single. You may carry negative thoughts with your next relationship, which could be potentially detrimental due to the fact that a future relationship is not your past relationship&#8230; use your inner strength and LET GO. GET RID OF THOSE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS AND START TELLING YOURSELF, YOU CAN. You will begin to realize the more comfortability you have with life and adverse events that may occur.&nbsp; Letting go does not mean you are forgetting your past, or forgetting the people or things you have come across in your life. Letting go means you are coming to terms with those things, people, and events that have occurred in your life. While attending Central Penn he also played Collegiate Basketball, scoring over 1,000 pts and was selected to the Pennsylvania Collegiate Athletic Association All State Team and Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference All Star Team. After graduating from Central Penn College he enlisted in the United States Air Force. During his military tenure as a Staff Sergeant, he completed tours in Texas, Montana, Ohio, Georgia, Kingston, Jamaica; Misawa, Japan; and was deployed during Operation Enduring Freedom. During his service time he received the Air Force Meritorious Achievement Award and Meritorious Service Award. From, 2000-2007, Jesse worked in Maryland at a Prep School where he coached JV\\\/Varsity Basketball and assisted in operating a campus of 160 court adjudicated male adolescent students obtain their High School Diplomas. From 2008-2017 Jesse helped develop and establish a fully accessible non-profit Fitness Center for the Center for Independent Living of Central PA. This fitness Center was recognized by Central Penn Parent as a 2009 Innovation Hero Award. In 2010 it was recognized as an Innovative Program in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania by the Central Penn Business Journal for assisting the aging and disability population. During his tenure at the Living Well Fitness Center, he also became a liaison for Level I Fieldwork OTA Interns from Central Penn College due to his vast knowledge and experience with the disability and aging populations. Realizing that there was still a population that was unable to get out of their homes and were not being offered Health and Wellness services, Jesse started G.H.O.S.T. G.H.O.S.T. was started in 2012 with a vision to provide in home, onsite and mobile fitness services to individuals with injuries, disabilities and the aging. The branded mobile business currently offers various types of training modalities that include personal training, range of motion, community exercise classes, motivational speaking, clothing, and CPR\\\/AED training. Jesse has been recognized in the personal training industry in 2014 by Dunkin Donuts as a Community Hero for his contributions to the residents of the local community, his community-driven activities and accomplishments that have been creative and innovative. As a finalist for Central Penn Parent Magazine: Senior Care Hero Award, Jesse has been nominated in 2015 and 2018 for his excellence, innovation and efforts on making significant positive impacts on the quality of health care, and as a result the quality of our lives, for families in Central Pennsylvania.. Nationally Jesse has been featured in Personal Fitness Professional Magazine as Trainer of the Month in 2018 and nominated as a Top 15 finalist for National Trainer of the Year by PFP Magazine in 2015 and Top 12 finalist in 2018. Most recently, in 2019, Jesse was a recipient of the Jefferson Awards which recognizes individuals locally and nationally for their dedication to the community and public service. He has also been featured in the Carlisle Sentinel, 50 Plus Magazine, the Burg Magazine, Harrisburg Patriot, Living Well with a Disability Newsletters, Exceptional Parent Magazine, ABC 27, CBS 21 \u201cMaking A Difference in the Community\u201d, High School Sports Live and ABC 27 GOOD Day PA. As a motivational speaker, Jesse has presented powerful messages for regional Building Bridges Conferences for Cross Disabilities, Living Well with a Disability Expos, Penn State Hershey Spinal Cord Rehabilitation Center, the Center for Independent Living of Central Pa, HealthSouth Multiple Sclerosis Group, Camp Hill United Methodist Upward Sports Program, Fisher Financial Associates, Barber Styling Institute, Youth Advocate Program, Mechanicsburg Brethren, Brown Shultz Sheridan and Fritz and Central Penn College. While attending Central Penn he also played Collegiate Basketball, scoring over 1,000 pts and was selected to the Pennsylvania Collegiate Athletic Association All State Team and Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference All Star Team. After graduating from Central Penn College he enlisted in the United States Air Force. During his military tenure as a Staff Sergeant, he completed tours in Texas, Montana, Ohio, Georgia, Kingston, Jamaica; Misawa, Japan; and was deployed during Operation Enduring Freedom. During his service time he received the Air Force Meritorious Achievement Award and Meritorious Service Award. From, 2000-2007, Jesse worked in Maryland at a Prep School where he coached JV\/Varsity Basketball and assisted in operating a campus of 160 court adjudicated male adolescent students obtain their High School Diplomas. From 2008-2017 Jesse helped develop and establish a fully accessible non-profit Fitness Center for the Center for Independent Living of Central PA. This fitness Center was recognized by Central Penn Parent as a 2009 Innovation Hero Award. In 2010 it was recognized as an Innovative Program in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania by the Central Penn Business Journal for assisting the aging and disability population. During his tenure at the Living Well Fitness Center, he also became a liaison for Level I Fieldwork OTA Interns from Central Penn College due to his vast knowledge and experience with the disability and aging populations. Realizing that there was still a population that was unable to get out of their homes and were not being offered Health and Wellness services, Jesse started G.H.O.S.T. G.H.O.S.T. was started in 2012 with a vision to provide in home, onsite and mobile fitness services to individuals with injuries, disabilities and the aging. The branded mobile business currently offers various types of training modalities that include personal training, range of motion, community exercise classes, motivational speaking, clothing, and CPR\/AED training. Jesse has been recognized in the personal training industry in 2014 by Dunkin Donuts as a Community Hero for his contributions to the residents of the local community, his community-driven activities and accomplishments that have been creative and innovative. As a finalist for Central Penn Parent Magazine: Senior Care Hero Award, Jesse has been nominated in 2015 and 2018 for his excellence, innovation and efforts on making significant positive impacts on the quality of health care, and as a result the quality of our lives, for families in Central Pennsylvania.. Nationally Jesse has been featured in Personal Fitness Professional Magazine as Trainer of the Month in 2018 and nominated as a Top 15 finalist for National Trainer of the Year by PFP Magazine in 2015 and Top 12 finalist in 2018. Most recently, in 2019, Jesse was a recipient of the Jefferson Awards which recognizes individuals locally and nationally for their dedication to the community and public service. He has also been featured in the Carlisle Sentinel, 50 Plus Magazine, the Burg Magazine, Harrisburg Patriot, Living Well with a Disability Newsletters, Exceptional Parent Magazine, ABC 27, CBS 21 \u201cMaking A Difference in the Community\u201d, High School Sports Live and ABC 27 GOOD Day PA. As a motivational speaker, Jesse has presented powerful messages for regional Building Bridges Conferences for Cross Disabilities, Living Well with a Disability Expos, Penn State Hershey Spinal Cord Rehabilitation Center, the Center for Independent Living of Central Pa, HealthSouth Multiple Sclerosis Group, Camp Hill United Methodist Upward Sports Program, Fisher Financial Associates, Barber Styling Institute, Youth Advocate Program, Mechanicsburg Brethren, Brown Shultz Sheridan and Fritz and Central Penn College.
