Executive Fitness

No. However, if you do not currently have a gym in your home and would like to use this as the training site, Jesse can assist you with choosing the most cost-effective pieces of equipment to effectively and efficiently obtain optimal results. A budget will be needed.

Most leaders train 20–45 minutes, 3–4 times per week.  Jesse follows the 10-20 rule on sets and volume and 5-30 on reps to accomplish results for each particular individual.

No. This is using Science to Master your fitness and Master your Body. We’ll coordinate with your physician if needed.

Jesse can come to your home, local fitness center (if trainers are allowed) or workout at the local gym.  Jesse also has the options of using business partner/sponsor locations to provide service.

In-person coaching is available in the Capital Region of Harrisburg, including Harrisburg, Camp Hill, Mechanicsburg, Hershey, and nearby communities. Remote coaching is available for leaders outside of the region.

CPR Training

American Red Cross

Yes.  In-person CPR Training is available in the Capital Region of Harrisburg, including Harrisburg, Camp Hill, Mechanicsburg, Hershey, and nearby communities. For anything outside this region there would need to be a minimum requirement of participants.

Yes. I will provide all equipment necessary for a successful class.

No. I currently offer workplace and community CPR-AED-First Aid-Bloodborne Pathogens for professionals requiring this training.  This includes those under OSHA Operational Employment Standards, Health Professional Aides, Dental Hygienists, Massage Therapists, and many more.

Yes.  Each successful completion of a course will have a set amount of C.E.C.’s assigned by the American Red Cross.

Senior Fitness

Yes.  I not only have a portable stretching table, but I can provide and teach proper stretching techniques for improved flexibility, movement, and function.

Yes. A family member can reach out to me to discuss options for their loved ones.

Disability Fitness

I spent the first part of my career operating a non-profit fitness center at the Center for Independent Living of Central Pennsylvania providing services to a spectrum of chronic conditions and disabilities.

I have also been employed by Tempus and PPL as a home health attendant.

Yes. I am a Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer thru the National Center for Physical Health and Disability at the American College of Sports Medicine.

Personal Trainer

Yes.

I have over 20+ years of experience in the health and wellness industry. The past 8+ years, I have been providing services around the Capital Area in and out of homes/gyms/businesses.
