      How The Service Works...

      • 1. Take the Master Fitness Survey. (See Below)
      • 2. Personalized Training- Based upon the Master Fitness Survey and a 15 minute consult, you and I will customize a plan that focuses on a better version of you.
      • 3. Accountability + Adjustments- There will be weekly or monthly touch points and monthly reviews to keep progress on track. This could be as simple as maintaining your workout plan or a more complex offering of weekly conversations about calories, protein, workout adjustments/adaptations to keep you motivated, moving forward, and making gains in your individualized plan.
      • 4. Performance Dashboard- Create a dashboard to manage the process. What you measure is what you manage. Maintaining not only your weekly or monthly strength training routines, but weekly monitoring of total training volume, the nutrition trifecta (calories, proteins, and timing), weigh-ins, energy levels, sleep, etc...

        Available Options:

        • In Person (Capital Region of Harrisburg).
        • Remote Coaching for leaders outside the region.
