Jesse's approach to fitness in Central Pennsylvania is quite different than most personal trainers that you seek for fitness service. Science and evidence based data analysis are used as guides to optimize your full potential. A foundational understanding of muscular anatomy—especially muscle originations (where a muscle begins) and insertions (where it ends)—is crucial in designing science-based exercise programs so that you can create the greatest hypertrophy to MASTER the body.
Jesse began his fitness journey as the Fitness Evaluator for the 201st Red Horse personnel in the United States Air Force. He then established an award-winning nonprofit inclusive fitness center for the aging and disability population at the Center for Independent Living of Central Pennsylvania (THRIVE). The Living Well with a Disability Fitness Center received several awards (2009 & 2010 Innovation Awards from Central Penn Business Journal and Central Penn Parent) during his tenure.
His in-home fitness services in the community have also been recognized by Dunkin Donuts, Central Penn Parent “Senior Healthcare Hero”, Jeffersons Award Winner, Harrisburg Patriot, ABC News, The Burg, Central Penn Business Journal, 50-plus Magazine, Carlisle Sentinel and honored to be recognized by PFP Magazine As A Top 15 Nationally Recognized Fitness Professional Twice.
Jesse studied at the Air Force Community College and earned an associate's degree from Central Penn College, as well as a bachelor's degree from Lebanon Valley College. He has nationally recognized certifications from the American Council on Exercise, American College of Sports Medicine/National Center for Health and Physical Activity and Disability, American Red Cross Authorized Provider, and a SilverSneaker Group Fitness Instructor.
Fitness Services are offered in the Capital Region of Harrisburg (including Camp Hill, Mechanicsburg, Hershey, and surrounding areas)
American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid Trainings are offered throughout Dauphin, Cumberland, Lebanon and Perry County.
