3 Things I am GRINDIN’:  Workout Edition

Shoes I’m ROCKin’.  Nike Metcon 9.  Now I have tried Metcon 8 and recently purchased the Metcon 10.  The 8 ran small at the front width of the foot and I couldn’t justify the price tag for the 10, nor the performance after using them for 1 power clean routine.  Although the color codes are on fire.   

For serious athletes using power racks or lifting heavy, the Metcon 9 is my top choice; eBay has the best prices.

Workout Shorts I’m Sportin’.  Combat Iron Apparel-Recon Pro 5.5”- Athough I have numerous pairs of Combat Iron Workout Shorts, the Tropical Machine Gun has been my go to pair. Light weight, high performance and the polyblend feel provides a weightless touch.  These shorts hold up my power cleans and HIIT routines well.  Highly recommended.

Workout Shirt I’m Sweatin’:  Bella Canvas- Tri-blend Crew Tee- Men, you need to finalize the workout gear.  Inexpensive, comfort, form fitting and doesn’t pill.

Material is made up of polyester, rayon and cotton with various colors available.
